The WMABC is excited to host the 14th Annual Conference taking place February 26, 2026, at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel in Surrey, BC.
This annual one day conference brings together waste & recycling experts to provide learning opportunities, gov't updates and discussion panels on the most pressing issues facing our industry. The conference brings together collectors, recyclers, processors, suppliers and gov't representatives to listen and learn about challenges, solutions, innovation and technology while networking with their peers.

On behalf of the WMABC, we invite you to submit an abstract for consideration as a presentation for the upcoming Conference on February 26, 2026.

To submit your abstract, please provide the following information in an email to info@wmabc.ca,
no later than December 15, 2025.
- Name, position and company of person submitting abstract
- Contact information
- Topic of presentation
- Description of the presentation (250 words or less)
- Please indicate if you would you be amenable to participate on a panel,
to generate broad perspectives on the subject.
- Please advise if you would require AV services
