Rhonda Harris, P.E. - Brown and Caldwell, Owner Advisor, O&M/Asset Management
Rhonda has more than 45 years of experience in operating, managing and administering a variety of facilities and programs in the water environment sector. Her experience includes developing and implementing training programs for public and private sector personnel and developing regulations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as well as knowledge management and management consulting, condition assessments, business practice evaluations, asset management and life cycle costing, engineering design, construction and O&M renewals, and operations for facilities and systems. She is a certified Texas Water and Wastewater Operator and approved Operations Trainer, as well as a licensed Wastewater Operator in Ontario, Canada. She is also a registered Texas Professional Engineer in Texas, a P. Eng, in Ontario, Canada, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) from the American Association of Environmental Engineers and Scientists and a Past President and elected Fellow for the Water Environment federation. Ms. Harris is a leader in asset management and O&M issues, working for change and improvement in the global environment.

Brian Maksymetz is a professional engineer with 25 years of project management experience working for the Owner’s team, the Engineering Design Consultant, and the Construction Contractor. This experience is across both the public sector, with civil infrastructure projects, and in the private sector, with industrial projects in the energy and resource industries. Brian is a specialist in municipal and industrial water treatment, and in the mechanics and procurement of early construction involvement.
Ben Hann, Senior Manager, KPMG Canada
Ben is a Senior Manager at KPMG Global Infrastructure Advisory team based in Vancouver with over 20 years’ experience in Infrastructure projects. His experience includes working directly for private and public organisations in Australia, United Kingdom and Canada providing a unique insight into different strategies available to deliver a successful major projects. Ben is particularly focused on procurement of infrastructure including defining owner and contractor needs for selection of procurement models, contract commercial risk allocation, technical requirements and performance specifications, setup of owner side project teams, and delivery of design and construction.
